Five years from military retirement and starting my exit plan via rental properties.
Hey guys! I am currently 21 years old and I am financial advisor in Corpus Christi, Texas. I am still going to school and plan on finishing and getting my CFP certification. I have always had an interest in learning about RE since high school. I plan on growing my business as an advisor and then acquiring real estate along the way.
I’m a student with an objective to create a financially secure life for myself. I realized I better start now.
My wife and I have been lightly invested in real estate to supplement for our retirement. Now we are looking to put some of that equity to work as we near retirement. We have had experience with fully furnished rentals and single family in HOA communities.
