I have a company; transitional housing inc. What we do is acquire property, either renovate and sell or sell them wholesale.
We also design blueprints and rehab property.

85 year old BS bus adm, BS civil engi.,wife has 1.2 mil in real property , , past construction contractor, have maintenance crew, bad decision in past messed up credit ,( client went broke) , have a 5 family , and single home left to my sis and myself needs repair .
