Try to make a living by buying / fixing property and renting it out. Just made to an offer to buy a property at Baltimore MD on May 2, 2011. Waiting for seller's (Bank) answer. Got interested reading Jeffrey Knsnett's article "What it take to be a landlord" on Jun/2011 Kiplinger's which also happened at Baltimore MD.
