I have bought and sold real estate for personal use for over 30 years. Currently I am acquiring commercial multi-family apartment complexes in NJ, PA and CT. I am looking for an debt or equity partner to invest in the property for a share in the profits for 18 mos to 5 yrs in a buy and hold strategy.
