Recent transplant to the Frederick, MD area and interested in doing buy and hold investing. Currently, my experience with rentals has only been through a condo that I own. I rented out the 2 extra bedrooms while I lived there and all 3 when I did not (~9 years of renting) until moving my mother into the unit.
I have a desire to preserve the rich heritage and cozy feel of Lincoln, NE by providing safe, and beautifully flipped homes that still retain some aspects of their historical charm. On another unrelated note, I'm also a 7 year successful stock market trader/investor. I do swing trades, and some value and growth investing.
