After six years of Data analysis and Project management experience (non construction) I decided to quit my job and pursue my passions in Real Estate and Fiction Writing. I also wanted to spend more time with my 6mo old daughter. My wife and I plan to purchase rental property in the West Texas/Permian Basin area.
