I am new to the investing world. I joined BP to expand my knowledge on real estate investing.
I am interested in the buy and hold method of multi family dwellings.
My wife Colleen and I recently purchased our first 5 unit complex here in Long Beach CA, and are excited to purchase our next investment property. We are here to learn more, use the the tools provided and network to help us achieve that goal as well as provide anything the community might find useful from us.
