I am currently working on investing into commercial real estate. To be more specific I would like to invest in apartment buildings. I also work as a nurse until I have the ability to retire thanks to my investments.

My wife and I have been lightly invested in real estate to supplement for our retirement. Now we are looking to put some of that equity to work as we near retirement. We have had experience with fully furnished rentals and single family in HOA communities.
