Living in the SF bay area all my life, travel the world doing corporate event production. First property was a 4plex house hack with 2 other partners.
Second property have changed addresses a few times but is my home and i have also house Hacked them each time.
Looking to now add another door (or 4) another house hack? Out of state?...

I am a homeowner and currently looking to rent our home and buy another home closer to my husband's job. I'm taking classes to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and will eventually look to be licensed in Virginia and DC as well. I am interested in learning about rentals and flips for now, with future aspirations to MUDs...
