I find distressed properties including ones involved in natural disasters and or fires... negotiate with the lending institution or owner... buy it.. and act as the contractor in repairing the property.. Then I do a lease with an option to purchase secondary.
I earned a degree in real estate development in the 1980s but have never worked in the business. My interest has been re-sparked in recent days and I'm in the process of refreshing the knowledge that I have.
I work full time and have flipped a couple of houses on my own. Would really like to work as a locator for other investors
