Since 2003 I have helped investors find income producing properties in the Metro Phoenix (Arizona) area. Starting in 2008 I began investing, flipping and wholesaling properties for a pool of investors in which I participated with my own funds and time managing the projects from start to finish.

Accidentally created a thriving rental business by short-term renting our homes that we are not using. I've managed to cover both mortgages fully for 2 years. Inspired by this and looking to expand my business by acquiring more vacation rentals and flipping houses.
