Studying different types of real estate investments while saving enough to find my first deal.
I have been buying primarily rental property for passive income (both SFH and MFH). I'm only buying in my local area right now (Lubbock), but interested in how to approach long distance deals. I'm looking to become more active in flips/rahabs and wholesale deals.
