I am currently house hacking and looking to buy another property in the Athens area soon.

I have been investing in Real Estate for 30 years now. I have done and still working on, buy and holds, rehabs, lease options and wholesaling. Depending on the direction of the market.
I also have a staging business. I find if I stage the property it helps sell the property much quicker.
