My name is Heater Faris. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Iowa and Illinois as well as real estate investor in the Quad Cities (IA/IL) area.
I am a new investor in the note world.
My long-term goal is to create a cash-flow system that will support our needs and allow me to leave the corporate world.
I work W/E nights for Valent Bio Sciences, married, and I LOVE real estate. My uncle has inspired me to pursue Real Estate investing. I currently have two properties.
I am a speech therapist by day, and believe that understanding leads to better business.
I struggle to balance compassion with policy, but generally find that people will do best when they know what is expected of them, but also feel they are being treated as individuals.
Born and Raised in Rochester, NY I am blessed to live in an area with so many RE opportunities. My education is in Mechanical Engineering and I am pursuing a dual masters in Operations Management and Business Administration.
