I bought my first house in Knoxville when I was 22 years old. I grew up hearing my dad say "If you ever want to get ahead in life you have to buy a house... the sooner the better"... I never questioned his wisdom I just did it.... I've been involved in real estate for over 30 years in Knoxville ... I still own rental properties that I manage...
