Building my rental portfolio is my primary focus as an investor, but since I actively market for new opportunities, I occasionally come across fix & flip deals. I have little patience or interest in fix & flip, so these I usually wholesale out.
Been in RE for over 25 yrs. Had a big portfolio of rental properties [over $2million] before the RE crash, although everything was highly leveraged. None cahs flow, but we were riding the appreciation wave until 2005.
