New to Real Estate, and would like to start in rental properties.
I am a licensed electrician who began investing in my 20s. I slowly expanded my portfolio and just reach 100 units. Want to continue to expand in multifamily housing looking in particular for buildings with 7 or more units. I also do a few house flips each year to generate cash flow to reinvest into multifamilies.
