I am a Realtor® with Paramount Homes Real Estate Company with Enid, OK. In my first year, I closed 11 houses. I am interested in flipping houses, but I know I need to start small.

I am just starting out in real estate investing, I am presently in school learning about flipping and whole selling. I could sure use some advice, along the way.
