My name is Rod. I have always been interested in investing in different types of asset classes and in 2012, I gained an interest i opportunities in Real Estate. I am learning to pursue my goals in building my portfolio of multi-family and single-family rental units.
We are a family looking to invest in real estate for fun and freedom. We're doing this for ourselves and our kiddos (one of whom is shown in the avatar). We're interested in finding a niche, developing it, and working together as a team to be successful.
Being trained as a software engineer I have a unique take on my approach to investing. An avid wine enthusiast. I also enjoy golf, running, skiing, and pretty much just being outdoors.
