I am a full time investor in real estate. I thoroughly enjoy it and look forward to doing it for the rest of my life.
I’m a husband, dog father, and soon-to-be real estate investor (speak it into fruition, right?) on a path to replace my W2 with real estate income within 10 years. Currently in that interesting phase of still learning, while actively looking for a property, while realizing I need to do some serious networking!
I manage 45 doors, mostly 3-4 plexs in Southern California. Have been a landlord for 20 years. It is all I do now.
