I grew up in Denver Colorado, and decided to go to San Diego for school. From there I got a job in the LA area, but I decided that I liked the Seattle life style more and made the move. Currently I am working as an engineer, and I am looking to start investing in real estate because I have been interested in it since the crash in 2008.
I have been in construction for 16 years. I went to business college for 2 years, with the intent of owning my own construction business. I am looking to start flipping homes, with myself as the lead contractor. I fully intend on doing a majority of the work myself to save money and investment costs.
I work with a large group of investors. I find homeowners who are facing foreclosure and if the only way to save their credit is to sell the house, then I negotiate directly with their lender and when a price is agreed on, buy the home with cash, no loans, ever.
I work full-time as a graphic designer, while rehabbing homes on the evenings and weekends. My goal is to become self-sufficient through real estate investing and freelance graphic design.
