I have 3 2-family flats and am interested in flipping homes in my neighborhood with a team of people. I have a realtor, contractor and 2 other interested parties.

I appreciate the kindness shown by everyone sharing their knowledge. We live near Pittsburgh PA. My husband and two sons can fix or build almost anything. Ten years ago they fixed and sold a townhouse. We got a HELOC, but have not gotten another house to fix and sell. Hope to find one soon.
