I'm completely new to real estate investing. After repairing my late mother-in-law's house to sell, I guess the bug bit me. My interest is in flipping, wholesaling and buy and hold properties (future goal). I'm excited and eager to learn more every day.
I've been buying houses whenever I move to a new location and then rent them out afterwards. Learning the art of long-distance landlording has been interesting, but I'd say it's worked out ok for me so far. I'm always looking to learn new things about real estate and investing.
