I like long walks on the beach. Would like them better if I owned the properties along they way.

We've rented a single house in the past with great success. Dodged a bullet due to proper screening.
We've flipped several houses with but unfortunately as the market began to take a turn. All houses sold, two within the first hour to the first couple that viewed the property. That was met with moderate success.

My wife and I operate 5 early 1900's apartments in Seattle. We also have 2 single family homes that are rentals. I have flipped one home about 10 years ago, before apartments. Looking to build a team to flip homes within the next year.
