Just a kid with a dream of time and family freedom. I have 2 babies that I feel I should be spending every minute with, not working +8 hours a day. Real estate has the potential to provide that by providing passive income.

I'm a novice at REI. We have one rental property in Chicago which we did almost a full gut with. I'm working to grow our portfolio with more buy and holds. I'd like to make REI full time gig. I'm interested in learning about other ways to make money in real estate.
