Little to no real estate knowledge but looking to learn and begin investing
Unemployed and going through a divorce. I am currently laying on the floor on my desktop computer with no computer desk. No money to buy one or move into a nicer living space. Seeing there really "IS" a way to secure financial freedom in the long term. I want this - I need this.
After over a decade working for large corporations I decided to quit my day job and become a full time real estate investor. I put together a business plan to purchase singe family homes and multi-family properties and then rent them out for passive income. I am currently executing on this business plan in the metro Atlanta market but may...
I was born and raised in Greenville, SC, and I attended university here at Furman (class of '05). After spending most of my twenties living and traveling through other parts of the country, I have landed back in my hometown of Greenville to begin investing full time.
I am beginning to get into RE and mainly interested in flipping homes. I have completed 2 flips on my own which have worked well for me. Estimating the cost, seeing the vision, or completing the work is no problem- I can't find homes :)
I am invested into several properties that all create cash flow. I am looking for the financial backing to accelerate the process. I am also interested in hearing ideas or better ways to grow and increase my income. Possibly interested in a joint venture.
I regret why I did not venture into real estate long ago. I just realized that it is a money spinner while working closely with nature.
I intend to acquire all the necessary knowledge that is needed to take me to the top of the industry. I will need all the help there is to be offered. Thank you.
