I am currently retired. I've been dabbling in real estate since I first bought my home in 1968 in Hawaii. I am currently interested in investing in rental properties out of state.
I have a W2 job in education and enjoy what I do. Real estate has been a part time job, but a full time passion. I primarily do "buy and hold" and currently own and manage 3 duplexes and 5 single family homes. I enjoy learning and talking real estate. All of my holdings are in the Tyler, Texas area.
