I have zero experience in real estate and am here to try and change that.
I have been in real estate for 16 years, initially as a fix and flip guy, doing up to 3-4 deals per month, starting in 2000. I kept back some of them as rentals, eventually collecting 16 rentals by 2004. I decided to become a Realtor in 2004 to help other investors find properties and to sell my rentals as I became uneasy about the market....
I'm an Industrial Engineer that works in logistics.
I'm just beginning to learn everything about real estate investing that I can possibly get my hands on...and I'm very excited!
I currently work in the Banking industry and love subjects involving Business and Finance.
I'm new to potentially investing in real estate, and have always been curious about it. I'm always learning, and look forward to what this may bring!
