Trying to understand the rental market
I live in a beach community. I have very bad credit following a divorce. I am intrested in flipping houses and would like to be able to give each of my five children a home while having solid collateral for FIM production financing.
I am a wife and mother of three. My husband and I both work full time and I'm tired of wasting our money on things without cash flow. I want to buy our first set of rental properties.
