I am a 28yr old Male who has Inherited a sizable estate/rental property in Little Havana, Miami, Florida. I am seeking advice in whether to invest in the property and rent it, or to sell it now and begin my investing life in Colorado... where I currently live.
I flipped houses from bank foreclosure auctions for several years. I held a small portfolio of duplexes and developed a residential management company before selling everything and becoming a commercial real estate accountant. Now I am looking to develop a new portfolio of 1 - 4 unit residential properties for long term hold.
Currently no experience in real state investing just read some articles etc.I want to learn more.
I have always been interested in learning about real estate and figured now would be the best time to do it. I joined the BP community in hopes to learn as much as I can in real estate and also build solid relationships with other people who share the same goals as myself.
During the day, I work in commercial real estate and also a sales agent with Keller Williams in Los Angeles. Currently pursuing investments for commercial development and re-development opportunities. Interested in adaptive reuse and rehabs, building a portfolio of multifamily and commercial retail properties.
