I am an inspiring investor who is wanting to invest invest in long term rental property using the BRRRR method. I am currently in the Auto Sales industry, but I would like to obtain the knowledge to build a great real estate portfolio, earn passive income, and leave re generational wealth for my children, and grand children to come.
My wife and I are buy and hold investors. We're supplementing our current W-2's with goals to grow a portfolio of residential multi-family properties. We've got friends in Columbus and Cincinnati who have all started investing in Columbus, Cincinnati, Athens, and Dayton.
