I am a young business professional and have been working in the banking industry for the past 10 years. I'm very interested in real estate investing since it runs in my family and I want to know the ins and outs of the industry. My long term goal is to utilize real estate as a great way to supplement retirement income.
Currently house hacking a 3-plex. My primary goal is to get my portfolio pass the $1,000,000 mark as quickly as possible. Once this happens, I will focus 100% on buying commercial properties along side private investors.
