I've decided to explore the opportunities that real estate investing has to offer. I have a degree in Sports Medicine and currently reside in California for most of the year. I have 2 college age children and been happily married for over 20 years.
Been in REI for almost a year looking to do some flips and build capital and eventually invest in commercial properties
