I am from Denver, in my 20s, and am looking to gain financial independence partly through real estate investments.
I currently work as a geotechnical engineer. I have experience looking at distressed houses/ foundations and in preparing geotechnical reports for residential and commercial sites.
I'm brand new to real estate investing and am very commited to going the distance. I've already read the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing and plan to learn as much as I can before and after I purchase my first property.
