New to REI. Currently I have a mentor and am learning how to do real estate investing. Over the past few months I have established the infrastructure of my business and am getting ready to start my marketing campaign.

I'm a mechanical engineer and father of four in Severna Park, Maryland.
I'm a 24 year old new investor with my eyes on buying my first investment property with a buy and hold strategy. Once I get the ball rolling I'd love to employ other REI strategies as well. My background is in lending.
I'm currently a senior at Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY. I'll be getting my degree in Health Management. I have a passion for investing and I'm looking to start a career in real estate by wholesaling and eventually owning my own rental properties.
