Minimum experience looking to learn about wholesaling properties
I earned my real estate license 7 years ago while working full time. Unfortunately my father was terminally ill and I dedicated all my spare time with him and wasn't able to complete the required CE in order to retain my license.
I have always had a passion for real estate, both as a realtor and investor and am excited to jump back...
Currently an engineering manager/handy man looking to jump into obtaining real estate investments. Looking to grow the business through wholesale, flipping, and finally cash flow properties. I am currently in the learning phase of the business side of this game.
