I am a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia that is willing to learn and that is looking for investors. I want to learn how to flip houses with a small amount of money. I also would like to hold houses for cash flow. Mortgage notes are also something that I would like to learn about. I appreciate all advice and criticism!
