I’m Grayson. My wife and I are rental property investors, occasional wholesalers, and manage our own properties.
We have a Fourplex, SFR, and are working on our second Fourplex. I’m active duty and work full time. We have rehabbed two units and are going to rehab the rest as the tenants move out.
After ten years of education through podcasts, audio books and local REA, one failed attempt at purchasing a property, and repairing poor credit. I have purchases my first 1 bed with a loft home. Now a goal of 10 doors in 5 years, and looking forward to every aspect of achieving the goal.
I own a small portfolio of out of state investment properties. I am looking to grow it to the point when I'm able to live off of the cashflow that is generated by these properties.
I have a long way to go though, about 75% more... :))
My husband and I invest in small multi-family properties in Austin, TX and are looking to expand to other markets soon.
