I am finally ready to take the plunge and tap into real estate investing. I have worked in corporate America and I'm ready for a new journey. I never dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur until I completed my 2 years in graduate school. It was then that I realized that it's possible to achieve anything financially if you put your mind to it....
I am currently starting an non-profit that will involve housing mothers and their children. I need to find properties to house the families. At this time I have no experience in real estate investing outside of purchasing my personal residence.
I've been an out-of-state commercial retail real estate investor for 10 years. Seeking to redirect my capital into SFR and/or multifamily, fix & flip, buy & hold. I'm an accredited private money lender. Seeking to network with honest, experienced, successful investors.
