I currently work in the IT field, but looking to invest in Real Estate for my retirement and my children's college. I'm just starting in this and I plan to start small. I don't own a home as of yet. I'm a gulf war veteran with bad credit and I guess this is why I'm not a home owner yet. It appears to me that VA home loan holds no water....
