I am 65 and I am currently the guardian for an old gentleman. I have rehabed two homes in 89' and 90'. Outcome wasn't good, but want to do it again hopefully with more knowledge this time.

I am simply looking into the idea of real estate. I have absolutely no experience in real estate, but I would love to attempt to flip a home. So I am attempting to gather information regarding the process prior to this attempt. I move frequently for my job, but I consider my "home" to be the Phoenix area.
