My goals are to build a good team to wholesale with & eventually fix & flip, buy & hold.
I come from an aviation background (helicopter pilot) so real estate is new to me but I love learning about it & its constant change!
I've been a teacher for 22 years and am embarking on a new career in real eatate investing. I was successful at flipping my own home to get started in this industry. and did pretty well. Hopefully I can learn some of the do's and don'ts through this website to become more prosperous.
