I've tried to get into brrr investing but the market is saturated with people trying to get in this. So I'm looking at another opportunity. I looking at RV Parks in central Texas. I researched that Rver's growing in numbers and not just with the retired folks. Less people are going on vacation by flying.
That's my new goal.

I am a formal college student. Got accepted to U of I then decided not tot take the offer but instead go in to a community college for my education. In the past i been doing allot of work for my family hence i'm from Korea coming to america as an immigrant. Now having peppermint residency able to work and pay taxes and etc.
