I am new to real estate investing and would like to spend some time educating myself through the information available on this site. I have a background in IT and want my real estate investing to become my full time vocation.
I have been interested in real estate for as long as I can remember. I finally decided to do something about it. I have been attending lots of seminars and I am ready to make my first deal. Jumping on the first deal is the hardest and am hoping that it gets easier after that.
