Im fairly New to the RE world so im trying to get my feet wet instead if jumping right in. Ive been reading books watching pod cast etc. So far the starting strategies that stood out to me the most is wholesale & Fix & flip. Since i do not have the credit nor funds to do fix flips im starting with Wholesale.
My passion for real estate investing stems from my previous career in commercial construction. I worked as an Iron Worker for several years building high rise condos and luxury hotels in downtown Chicago. Since then I've never been able to shake the desire to take something old and ugly and fix it up.
