I am going to BRRRR SFR's, 2-3bd 1-3bth, 1250sqft<, obtained for $100-200k, light to med rehab. Eventually transition into multi-family(5+) once my portfolio can support it. But continue to BRRRR the SFR's to keep feeding accquisition. Then scale. Possibly start acquiring other businesses that support both sides of this as well.
