Real estate veteran looking to expand my portfolio.
I have a friend that has had her house on the market for a year with no luck selling, and recently found out it has plumbing issues that will need to be fixed before selling which she can't afford. She was looking at other options, possibly flipping. It was her parents house.
I currently manage several rental homes (some I own) work a full time job as a estimator in the construction business real estate is a part time hobby I would like to turn into a full time job.
