Brand new to real estate investing with no properties closed yet. I will be working with my brother to build a rental portfolio together, he already has two duplexes in the greater Columbus Ohio area.
I have been a real estate investor, conventional lender, and private money lender for the past 6 years. I have been a part of 30+ transactions as a wholesaler or flipper, and 200+ transactions as a lender.
