I've only done 1 house flip that was unintentional. I bought a house to live in and while I was living there I remodeled it then my family grew and we needed more room so we bought another. When we sold the old house I made around $25k on the end. Now I'm motivated to flip houses. Eventually I'd like to do rental property too.
