I look for good cash flow and value. I own several rental properties and am in the process of buying commercial property.

I'm a CPA and real estate agent in the Boston suburbs. I owned a rental and recently sold it, and am looking to acquire another (hopefully a multifamily) in the near future. I'm also looking to make connections in the industry either with those that can help me with my investments or those that need help buying.
